When a Scottish-American family found themselves unexpectedly relocating from abroad, they needed a home near their chosen school in Scotland and they needed it quickly. Unable to travel themselves due to Covid restrictions, they entrusted the entire sourcing and purchasing process to us. They placed their trust entirely in our judgement.

We took the time to understand their needs, previewed properties on their behalf, and identified a stunning off-market home that was perfectly situated and matched their requirements. In fact, the property was ultimately purchased without the family ever stepping foot inside, relying entirely on our judgment and careful walkthroughs. It was a leap of faith on their part, and a testament to the trust we build with our clients.

While the process was certainly memorable, as not only one of the very first sourcing clients I worked with but the fact that the client never set foot in the property until key handover day. This experience highlights the peace of mind we offer, even from a distance, and the warmth and care with which we handle each client’s unique journey. This resulted in a very happy family with a beautiful, well-situated home that perfectly met their needs.
